Deposit

Deposits are non refundable, but they go towards the service(s) reserved.

New Clients

If you are a NEW CLIENT for lash extensions only,  you must select "Full Set" options ONLY. 

Foreign Fills

Make sure to book this appointment if you have existing lashes from another artist. To be considered a fill you must have at least 50% of lashes, if not a full set appointment must be booked.

Payment

Zelle is preferred, but we do accept cash & credit/debit card.

Booking the Correct Service

If it's past 3 weeks (anything over 21 days) since your last fill, or you have less than 40% retention, you MUST book a "FULL SET" appointment NO EXCEPTIONS 

Rescheduling

A 48 hour notice is required for any rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a charge of 50% of the total of reserved service(s).

Cancellations

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS will be charged 100% of service(s) cost. This also applies to

NO SHOWS.

Unusual Shedding

If unusual shedding is happening, you must contact us immediately so we can have you come in for a free touch up within 3 days of your appointment. This is NOT valid for foreign fills.

Lash Lift Aftercare

Please note that once 24 hours have passed after your lash lift appointment, we are not responsible for any changes or issues that may occur with your lashes. If you experience any concerns within the first 24 hours, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and, if necessary, schedule a touch-up or redo.

 

After the 24-hour window, a complimentary relift or redo will not be offered, as results can be affected by individual aftercare and lifestyle factors beyond our control.

Tardiness

Tardiness grace period for lash extensions is 10 min for fills and 15 minutes for full sets. For lash lifts is 10 min. We are extremely lenient and understanding but in order to keep up with the quality of our work we need to have a time window limit.

No children/Extra guest

Due to our space being a co-working area we DO NOT allow children or extra guest unless they are getting a service done; in order to respect everyone's space and relaxing time, if we are unable to service you due to this policy not being followed, you all be charged 100% of service cost.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND EVERY SET IS 100% CUSTOMIZED FOR EVERY CLIENT, NO 2 SETS WILL EVER LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME. IF YOU HAVE ANY INSPO PICTURE WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO GET YOUR SET TO LOOK THE CLOSEST TO THAT.
