Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

 

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee a specific resolution, we will always do our best to help.

 

Shipping Responsibility

 

We proudly ship through USPS and other trusted carriers. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

 

Please note:

 

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please double-check your name, address, apartment or suite number, city, state, and ZIP code before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

If a package is lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

Once a package has been shipped, the shipping carrier is responsible for the delivery process. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting USPS directly to open a claim or locate your shipment.
